Weather
In Portugal there‘s sunny weather almost all year. We have oceanic weather on our west coast (rainy but with pleasant temperatures), and Mediterranean like in the south. Winters are not too cold, but summers are very hot. There’s more contrast between the seasons towards the interior of the country (hot summers and cold winters).

Ideal time
Advise on clothing: In summertime bring light cloths for daytime and a jacket for the evening and early morning. In winter, mid season clothing (a hot sweater and a raincoat) is really the best option.
Best time to visit Portugal: In what concerns tourism the high season in Portugal is during Mai, June and September, although April, July and October offer as good weather conditions.
